Objective
Induction Hardening chain at a rate of 0.16โณ โ 26โณ (4 mm โ 0.66 m) per minute at 1580หF (860หC) then tempering at a rate of 0.31โณ โ 36โณ (8 mm โ 0.92 M) per minute at 400หF (204หC), for an overall productivity rate of hardening 0.16โณ โ 26 lbs (4 mm โ 12 kg) per hour and tempering 0.31โณ โ 163 lbs (8 mm โ 74 kg) per hour.
